Day 9 (Late) – Home

Today is technically day 10 however I am not really counting it as I was back at work so there isn’t really much to blog about…so this post will be a bit of yesterday (travel home etc) and today, enjoy!
So Sunday was another perfect day of weather for our last day/morning in Engelberg, we had a slow start making sure everything was packed and ready before going skiing. Skied for maybe 2 hours, not too much, before heading down to pack my ski kit up and get the train to Zurich. Some beautiful views from the train; it was full spring mode in the valley and further down towards Luzern.

Paragliders everywhere:

Definitely felt like spring with this view:

We ended up on a train an hour earlier than expected so we had loads of time once we got to the Airport. Had a meal and just waited around for our flight, not much else to do in an Airport really. We were on a tiny plane for the flight back with only 100 seats or so but they were all full unlike to flight out but I slept pretty much the whole way so wasn’t bothered.

Of course we arrived back to rain in Birmingham however as we drove home it got clearer and we had a lovely sunset upon arrival at home. That is it for the blog update in reference to the holiday.

In other news Will (my flatmate) has got his new car and it looks sweet although apparently it’s performance isn’t the best but then what do you expect when we insurance is so expensive.

(It appears I forgot to take a photo from the front down the side)
That is all for today, I should probably be doing Uni work now or something productive but that isn’t going to happen tonight…
